Novastro Raises $1.2 Million in Seed Round

Novastro, the pioneering Layer2 RWA chain building tokenisation, trading and yield platform for Real World Assets, today announced it has raised $1.2 million in seed round funding led by Woodstock, with participation from Faculty group, Double peak group, Cogitent, X21 and Sam Tapaliya.

Novastro chain allows users to access and utilize tokenised yield and trading opportunities from Real World assets across EVM & Non-EVM Chains. The platform has demonstrated significant traction during its Testnet V1, generating over $25 million in total value locked, attracting 400,000 total users, and processing more than 2 million transactions on the chain.

Novastro also announced its participation in Movement Labs’ accelerator program, the Move Collective where it will be among the first to build and deploy on the Movement Network, bringing its future yield technology to Movement’s high-performance blockchain infrastructure.
