The Birth of Solana Temple

Solana Temple, a month-long wellness-first program, is redefining how founders approach personal development and business growth.

Born from the shared experiences of three visionary entrepreneurs – Taras, George, and Ivan – this initiative represents more than just another startup accelerator; it’s a holistic transformation laboratory. Ivan and Taras are partners at both Venture Launch and 3x Capital – one an accelerator, the other an investment fund. Ivan is also a Co-Founder of Nomadz, a community-driven platform for travelers, while George is a Co-Founder of FOMO Magazine. 

The Genesis Story

The seeds of Solana Temple were planted in an unexpected place: a shared villa in Dubai during Founders Villa Season 2. What began as morning workouts in partnership with CUDIS, organized by George to unite founders, evolved into something more profound when I introduced breathing sessions and meditation practices. At the same time, Taras contributed with stretching routines and data tracking. These morning rituals became the catalyst for what would eventually transform into Solana Temple.

A Performance Laboratory in Paradise

Hosted in Bali’s second-largest resort and emerging tech hub, Solana Temple isn’t just choosing a location – it’s creating an ecosystem. The venue offers a comprehensive suite of facilities including gym spaces, yoga studios, spa center, and coworking areas, all designed to support the program’s ambitious vision.

The program’s daily structure is meticulously crafted to optimize both personal and professional growth:

• Morning sessions feature scientifically-backed breathing techniques and meditation practices designed to reset the nervous system and enhance mental clarity
• Physical wellness is addressed through fitness and yoga sessions
• Workshops delve deep into holistic wellness strategies and cutting-edge business methodologies
• Sundays are designated as no-tech and silence days, offering crucial time for reflection and reset

Measuring Transformation

What sets Solana Temple apart is its commitment to measurable outcomes. The program employs a comprehensive tracking system that monitors:

• Health metrics through performance tests, CUDIS rings and body composition weights
• Venture Launch, a Solana-focused accelerator, tracks business performance metrics
• Social media engagement metrics

With 100 participants across 68 units and support from 19 strategic partners, Solana Temple has already demonstrated significant traction. The Solana Foundation’s grant support partially covers the rent of the coworking area, offices, podcast rooms, activities, and coaches, underlining the crypto community’s commitment to holistic founder development.
